Terms of Service

Welcome to Lead Grid. Lead Grid is a product operated by Lead Grid, Inc.. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://leadgrd.com and the Lead Grid application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

  • Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service.
  • Company ("we", "us", or "our") refers to Lead Grid, Inc..
  • Customer Data means data you or your end customers submit to the Service, including customer lists and message content.
  • You means the individual or business entity accessing or using the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Free trial

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service.
  • A payment method may be required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged $299 for the first month.
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial from your billing settings and you will not be charged.
  • Free trials are limited to one per business. We may modify or end trial offers at any time.

Subscription and billing

  • The Service is offered as a subscription at $299 per month, billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Each subscription includes 1,000 SMS segments per month. Additional segments are billed at 2¢ per segment on your next invoice. Unused segments do not roll over.
  • Carrier registration fees for A2P 10DLC messaging, if any, are passed through at cost and disclosed before you are charged.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees when due.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

Cancellation and refunds

  • There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact support@leadgrd.com for a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.
  • Otherwise, fees are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused message allowances, except where required by law.

Acceptable use and anti-spam policy

Lead Grid is designed for businesses communicating with their own customers and inbound leads. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Send messages to anyone who has not provided consent, or to purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
  • Upload customer lists for reactivation campaigns unless those contacts are your own past customers or have otherwise consented to hear from you.
  • Continue messaging anyone who has replied STOP or otherwise opted out.
  • Send content involving illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, or prohibited SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) where restricted by carriers.
  • Send phishing, deceptive, or misleading messages, or impersonate any person or business.
  • Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, or any other applicable law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

You are responsible for obtaining and documenting all consents required for messages sent through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or generate excessive opt-outs or carrier complaints, without refund.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Business Profile, calendar providers, telecom carriers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or any particular business result, including revenue recovered, reduction in no-shows, or number of reviews.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Grid, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Grid, Inc. from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including messaging laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your data before cancellation.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
