How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to every Lead Grid feature for 14 days. Your subscription starts at $299/month when the trial ends, unless you cancel from your billing settings before then — in which case you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your billing settings and you won't be charged again. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an SMS segment?
A segment is up to 160 standard characters (or 70 if the message contains emoji or special characters). Your plan includes 1,000 segments per month, which covers typical usage for most single-location businesses.
What happens if I go over 1,000 segments?
Additional messages are billed at wholesale carrier rates — 2¢ per segment — on your next invoice. You'll get a heads-up in your dashboard as you approach your allowance.
Are there carrier or registration fees?
Carriers require A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration for business texting. Lead Grid handles the registration for you; any one-time carrier pass-through fees are shown before you confirm.
Do I have to port my phone number?
No. Most businesses keep their number and simply turn on conditional call forwarding. If you'd rather port your number to Lead Grid, our team can help at no extra cost.
Do you offer refunds?
If Lead Grid isn't a fit in your first 14 days, contact support for a full refund of your first month. See our Terms of Service for details.
