This Privacy Policy describes how Lead Grid, Inc. ("Lead Grid", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://leadgrd.com, use the Lead Grid application, or receive text messages sent through our platform (together, the "Service").

Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
Business data: business hours, services, calendar connections, and customer lists you upload.
Payment information: processed by our payment providers (Polar and Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Communications: messages you send us through forms, email, or live chat.

Information collected automatically

Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and referring URLs.
Product analytics and session recordings (via PostHog) that help us understand how visitors use our website. Form inputs are masked in recordings.
Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

End-customer information

When our customers (businesses) use Lead Grid, we process information about their customers — such as names, phone numbers, appointment details, and message content — on the business's behalf and according to its instructions.

How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
To send appointment confirmations, missed-call text-backs, review requests, and other messages configured by our customers.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To provide support and respond to inquiries.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

SMS messaging and mobile information

Lead Grid sends text messages on behalf of registered businesses using carrier-approved A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) messaging campaigns.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery, is permitted.
All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-in: recipients receive messages only after contacting the business, booking an appointment, or otherwise consenting to receive messages from that business.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from that business.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

With service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, messaging delivery, payment processing, authentication, analytics, and customer support), under confidentiality obligations.
With the business you interact with, for messages sent on its behalf.
When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Lead Grid, our customers, or others.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Businesses can delete customer lists and message history from their dashboard at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email support@leadgrd.com. If you are an end customer of a business using Lead Grid, we may refer your request to that business.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
